“ We recently visited Cabano, an Italian restaurant owned by a lovely family from Uruguay, for a family dinner. As frequent visitors, whenever we come to Fuerteventura, we make sure to stop by, and we absolutely love the place! What stands out the most is their unique offering of customizable dishes – being able to pick your choice of pasta and sauce allows for a truly personalized dining experience. Before diving into our main course, we indulge in their freshly baked garlic bread, which is a must-have starter (try it with cheese, it just melt ms in your mouth ). For the main course the pistachio sauce and stuffed pasta (sorrentinos) are absolute must-tries – we find ourselves coming back multiple times just for these delectable dishes. To complement our meal, we indulge in their refreshing sangria and a selection of different types of beer, including the delightful Dorada, which my dad particularly likes. The atmosphere is buzzing with positive energy, thanks in no small part to our waiter, who is a friend of the owner's family. His infectious positivity adds an extra layer of warmth to the dining experience. It's no surprise that the restaurant quickly fills with both reservations and frequent visitors shortly after opening – the friendly welcome and outstanding cuisine are true testaments to its popularity.
